  • I offer a range of services to support older adults, caregivers, and professionals who work with aging populations:

    • Individual Therapy: For older adults (55+) and caregivers navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and finding meaning and balance in this stage of life.

    • Aging Consultations: A personalized roadmap to help you plan for aging with clarity and confidence. These sessions focus on identifying your wishes, organizing important decisions, and providing customized resources and recommendations so you can feel prepared and supported as you age.

    • Educational Workshops: Interactive workshops focused on mental health and aging, caregiver resilience, and advance care planning. These are designed for both community members and organizations.

    • Speaking Engagements: Available for presentations and trainings for older adults, caregivers, and professionals. Topics include mental health in aging, caregiver support, and planning for future care needs.

  • I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement of individual therapy services. The aging consultations are private pay/ self-pay.

  • Virtual therapy sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. In-home therapy sessions are $250 per 50 minutes. Virtual consultations are $175 for 50 minutes. In-home consultations are $250 for 50 minutes.

  • Yes, I provide secure telehealth sessions to anyone in California. Many clients and caregivers find virtual sessions convenient given possible transportation or mobility challenges. The therapeutic relationship and outcomes are just as strong with virtual sessions as in-person.

  • Yes, I provide in-home sessions for clients in Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln, CA. In-home sessions are best suited for clients who might have trouble using technology to connect virtually or who might prefer an in-home session due to mobility or transportation challenges. Many caregivers prefer in-home sessions because they don’t have to leave their loved one to access support.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, then adjust frequency based on their needs and goals.

  • Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law). I will review these limits with you during your first session.

  • My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also focusing on emotional support, self-compassion, and helping you build realistic, sustainable changes in your daily life.

  • Yes, I offer a free 15 minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what you're looking for and see if we’re a good fit.
